1. 2-3年以上的擴(kuò)初或者施工圖經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)至施工圖設(shè)計(jì)的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)；

2. 熟悉中國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，特別是施工工藝、材料、植物設(shè)計(jì)及知識(shí)與造價(jià)分析；

3. 具有良好的溝通技巧、有責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能在項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人和設(shè)計(jì)組負(fù)責(zé)人的帶領(lǐng)下高效展開(kāi)工作；

4. 英文口語(yǔ)、書(shū)寫(xiě)能力良好者優(yōu)先。

Landscape Architect - Detail Specialist

2-3 years minimum of landscape construction documentation experience preferred with good understanding of Design Development and Construction Documentation,

Solid knowledge of construction, materials, planting design and knowledge and cost estimation of PRC National Standards,

Good communication skill, a strong sense of responsibility and team-working spirit to work efficiently under the guidance of project leaders/team leaders,

Good command of spoken and written English is beneficial. 

5.制作項(xiàng)目技術(shù)資料、撰寫(xiě)施工日志,負(fù)責(zé)各類(lèi)會(huì)議紀(jì)要的編制、收集并歸檔;

方案景觀設(shè)計(jì)助理

1. 對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)抱有極大的興趣，靈活處理技術(shù)問(wèn)題；

2. 1-2年的設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3. 熟練掌握CAD、SketchUp、Photoshop等軟件；

4. 必須具有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，能在項(xiàng)目組長(zhǎng)的帶領(lǐng)下高效地開(kāi)展設(shè)計(jì)工作；

5. 在中國(guó)或者其他快速發(fā)展的國(guó)家中有項(xiàng)目參與者優(yōu)先；

6. 服從上級(jí)分配的任務(wù)，并及時(shí)提交成果。

Assistant Landscape Architect (Graduate)

A strong design interest and a lateral and flexible approach to solving design problems,

Preferably 1-2 years of work experience,

Solid knowledge in AutoCAD and a demonstration of SketchUp and Photoshop skills will be required,

Must be a good team player who can work efficiently under the guidance of the project leader,

Possessing project experience in China or other high-pace countries is beneficial,

Ability to follow in instruction and deliver on time.

1.獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃一般規(guī)模和難度的景觀項(xiàng)目，在高級(jí)景觀設(shè)計(jì)師或者設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)、項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)的總體方案和設(shè)計(jì)方向的基礎(chǔ)上完成方案設(shè)計(jì)；

2獨(dú)立分析項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)并提出創(chuàng)新的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格和設(shè)計(jì)方法；

3.對(duì)負(fù)責(zé)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效的方案匯報(bào)，并對(duì)客戶(hù)提出的設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題給予專(zhuān)業(yè)的解決辦法。

4、對(duì)文本邏輯和系統(tǒng)具有良好的編排能力。

Job Descriptions:

1. 4-6 years of landscape design experience, domestic education with an undergraduate or above degree, overseas famous university study background; internationally well-known design institutions working experience is preferred; experience in independent completion of the general scale and normal landscape projects;
2. Familiar with the operation process of landscape design project; understand the design of the project, and have high aesthetic ability and judgment;
3. Be able to think independently about the characteristics of the project; have creative design and performance capabilities;
4. Have good program reporting capabilities, communication and collaboration skills with clients and team members;
5. Work rigorously and pragmatically; good professional ethics and teamwork spirit; enthusiastic about the landscape;6. Skilled in using MS Office, Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and other related software;
